Family Care Leave for employee's spouse, child, or parent who has a qualifying serious health condition. Eligible employees can request up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave in a 12-month period. The employee may request from the Board of Trustee's to exhaust available accrued leave (vacation, sick or comp time) prior to unpaid leave commencing. If you participate in the benefit program those will continue.
