Information for Enrolling Evacuated Students

Starting Monday, November 19, 2018, families that have been evacuated can utilize the Butte County 2-1-1 system to start the process of enrolling their students in Butte County Schools.

To reach Butte 2-1-1, do one of the following:

  1. Call 2-1-1 from any phone within Butte County

  2. Text “School Ties” to 85511

  3. Call 1-866-916-3566 if outside of Butte County

The Butte 2-1-1 system will support families in reaching the appropriate Butte County Office of Education School Ties Case Manager. Each area in Butte County has been assigned a Case Manager that will receive the family’s information and connect them with the appropriate school district.
